Only slub knit I buy is from Costco online. Perfect for the few months or weeks of summer weather in the Pacific NW. They don't carry my size in the store, so I'm glad they sell them online.

A two-pack is currently $21.99, V-neck and 3/4 quarter sleeve. Limited colors, but the price is right even if it is a dollar higher than last year. Shipping and handling is included in the $21.99 price.

I guess I'm the minority, but I love slub knit. I only own one that is see through and it's not from the Q. It's definitely a thinner fabric,but that's one of the things I like about it. I have quite a few. I tend to wear a lot of solid tees and I think the slub gives a plain tee some visual interest. But different strokes for different folks. That's what makes fashion fun,everyone is different in what they like.👕💛

Back in the 1950s and 60s, we got catalogs and the cheapest things in them were slub knit dresses and shaker knit sweaters. I've disliked them both ever since. They still look cheap.

There is cheap, thin slub knit and most costly, thick slub knot. It can make a wonderful sweater. Just a type of stitch.

Guess what kind we see here? But the cost is low.

Do not buy clothing anymore from the Q. Occasionally D & Co, but $50-$60+

for a knit top!! No way The KG and LOGO pieces are over the top price wise.

So sorry Mally, Lori and Kim, etc, will find better kprices and quality at TJ Maxx!!

Genuine slub knit is fabric hand woven on a harness loom of hand spun fiber which is of uneven thickness. That's what makes the "slub" texture. It's a beautifully crafted fabric, quite unlike the version we see.
