I've never removed my bra as soon as I get home because it's so uncomfortable. Have you? Do you have designated bras for home wear?

None of my bras are so uncomfortable that I tear them off as soon as I get home. Having said that, when I am home and have no plans to go out, I don't wear a bra.

@Desertdi Agree! Would never wear an item, e.g., shoes or a dress that was uncomfortable just to be "fashionable"!!!

No, my bras have never been uncomfortable so I don't rip them off. But if I'm in the house all day, I don't wear a bra. Just a cami under my top. I do take my shoes off and put thick socks on, the minute I walk in the house.

Since purchasing from Underoutfit, their bras are so comfortable, I don't feel the need to take the off right away, however I do. After working all day, I come home and take off my clothes and change into my loungewear...

If I am at home all day I never wear a bra....

I do! I'm retired and never wear a bra in the house, so I'm not used to it. I wear an underwire, padded bra for added size and shape, and while it makes me look great in clothing, I can't wait for that thing to come off!

I keep mine on until bedtime which is when I change into my PJs. Mine have never been that uncomfortable where I couldn't wait to take it off. Some of mine are even underwire bras.

I'm wondering if people that rip them off ASAP because they're uncomfortable are wearing an incorrect size or something.

Yes, I am a bra tearer offer. It is not that they are uncomfortable to the point of painful. The older I get, the more that bras annoy me. Actually, I'm becoming that way with pants too, where I prefer knits to twill and jeans. I feel like I want to be free! Maybe I should join a nudist group 😁

I don't NEED to, but I wear a bra every day whether I'm going out or staying home. I'll wear a sports bra for working out in the yard, but otherwise, it's underwire. Never take them off until I'm getting ready for bed or coloring my hair in which case I'll wear a Bra30 tank until I change for bed. I don't wear my PJ's for lounging or going out for that matter.

Wow! I am jealous of all of you who look good without a bra and can go all day without one. I need the support and uplift.

Having said that, if a bra is not comfortable, I quickly get rid of it.

Thanks for the replies . They are interesting and some are quite funny. I have seen commercials about bra issues for years and just wondered if that is really true or what. I am not very well endowed, but I am a 36DD (although when I am measured they say I'm a 34 band). I even sleep in a bra.

I posted earlier on this thread, and yes...this is how I feel, as well. I just like to be free. My bras are the correct size, but when I'm pushed up and out for several hours, it is a relief to get it off. lol

That's all I wear at home. In the winter I even wear them out. For some of my tee's and better blouses I will go for a bra with a little lift but it also has to be super comfortable.

I am another step in bra gal, I love them and wear them daily. If I am going 'out' I will wear a normal bra. . . sometimes! But in winter under my sweatshirts I go for comfy!

With the right size bra there is no need to rip it off! I am very uncomfortable without a bra and could never sleep without one (40 F). I can only wear underwire racerback bras for comfort.

@PhilaLady1 @Ainhisg I'm like you, as I'm older, it is now about comfort, especially at home.

At home, no bra and to me the most comfortable thing to wear is a caftan. There is nothing around my waist to cause any discomfort. I have a collection of caftans. Two of them are older, from Joan Rivers and I have several from Stan Herman.

When it is needed in cool weather, I'll wear a soft knit top with sleeves, under a caftan.

For foot comfort at home, I have more than 15 pairs of Birkenstock sandals and in winter I wear them with socks.

In winter and I want to be warmer, I wear soft

knit pants from J. Jill and a warm top.

At one time, bras were very uncomfortable for me. I have a scar under both arm pits where wire has poked me for years.

I still need and wear an underwire bra, but they are now so comfortable, I forget I am wearing one.

I hate shoes or anything on my feet. I am always in my bare feet at home and can't wait to take my shoes off when I come home.

I am always wearing a bra.

I finally found a comfortable underwire Vanity Fair bra just as they were discontinued, so I ended up buying about 15 of them on Ebay. New with tags, of course.

At home, I have a very comfortable & supportive wireless bra style, Playtex #4159, and often wear it to bed. I also have about a dozen of those.

I don't like going braless.
