FLIPPING CHANNELS AND CAUGHT ....

I ordered the TSV in red and black. Both will not be saved for "parties"...Don't go to parties where dressing up is necessary. I'll wear mine with a black cashmere pullover. I think "party only" purchases sit in my closet and eventually go in the donate box. A black or dark sweater w/ a faux tennis necklace or pearls and I'm done.

It's still confusing why the models are shown with height and sizes. What does height have to do with measurements?

Anyone else tempted by the TSV?

I did purchase the cranberry, and didn't choose the darker colors mainly due to the lint I see on the photos. This pant resembles more of velour than velvet, but will give it a try. I always enjoy a free shipping day.

The reason they show the different heights is that thre are 3 diferent lengths and this way you can determine hwo they will hit based on your own height compared to the models. I am 5'8 and like to see where the regular length will hit versus the tall.. I think it helps people decide... PS - I ordered the navy....

@Shanus - I'm tall and would like to see how a top or pants look on tall model intsead of a short one.

Not tempted at all--I have enough clothes for this time of year--I don't anticipate any parties except for family and we are not fancy at all. Can see them attracting pet hair /fur too----

I don't see these as "party" attire. I would wear them out casually. I ordered the black. I also ordered the Joan Rivers coat (like I need another one) but couldn't resist.

I'd also wear them casually, like Brenda in the photo, or with the matching jacket. I'm a sucker for matching jackets and pants ... to be worn anytime.

Especially like the chocolate, black and mallard ...

@Shanus I purchased the Brown TSV pant, I have something similar in

black.

I always compare measurements with a decent fittiing QVC pant and this pant seemed to be spot on!

Hope they fit when I get them.

I need the model's height, b/c it help me with "proportions" which I need.

@Pecky I bought that coat, too. I saw a quick peek of it when the TSV boots were modeled on the weekend but couldn't find it online until the presentation this morning.

I bought the taupe color, as shown in the pic. I plan on wearing that coat casually with jeans, & I have boots in gray, cream, black, tan, etc. and various loafer colors. I can also wear the coat with dressier clothes when needed.

I might switch out the buttons on the coat; not sure without seeing them.
