Why can't the manufacturer's tag be ""printed on"" ... the sewn-in type irritate my back all day .... I will not be purchasing Skinny Tees because of this.

Just snip out the tag if it bothers you, the tags in Skinnytees are so tiny and soft anyway, they are just probably 1/4 of the size of a regular clothing tag. I don't even realize mine are there. If you've never purchased one, how would you know what the tag is like anyway?

I think when you have a very stretchy material with a lot of spandex, it must be impossible to print labels on that fabric, it would stretch out too badly.

It's funny you mention this, I was itching all day from wearing mine before realizing it was the tag. I don't like the little tag either. I have the same experience with the tag. Even though it's small, it makes me itchy all day. I removed them all now and it's much better. Those babies are sewn in tight. Gotta be really careful with a sharp seam ripper to remove them. Just cutting them off won't do the trick. I thought I was the only one that had this experience. I purchased the J C Penney version as well. They are the same fabrication, but they do ride up and I find that I'm pulling on them continuously.

thanks again for mentioning this item.....i received mine today in the black (which was the only color available when i ordered it). i think this will make a great layering piece. it is definitely fitted and i find it to run maybe just a bit smaller than the tanks/camis. if there were more colors i would order more. i am generally a size 12 and the one size missy fits me perfectly. if you are larger than a 14, then definitely go with the womens sized. hope to see more of these in the future.....maybe even in some prints. LOVE the lower neckline that is usually rare for qvc clothing items.
