Please allow us to browse for pants with zippers

It is very hard to find pants that zip-up in QVC. The overwhelming majority seems to be pull on. I understand why that is, elasticized pants fit more people.

But I really wanted some pants with zippers and there is no way to search for them that I know of.

So I am hoping that QVC lists zipper as a category or style of pants we can browse for. If it exists, and I am just not seeing it, maybe someone can let me know. Below are the categories and styles we can browse for. When I search for pants with zipper, I get pants that have zippers as a design feature, like at the hem.

I agree with you. I've heard Kim Gravel and maybe Gary with Denim and Co. call them "fully functional," when they have buttons/zippers. It would be great if QVC offered this as a search filter.

@NYCLatinaMe , The list I get is a bit different. Below the different sizes you can filter on there's a list Color, Season, Style, etc. There is a categoru called Closure Style with a +. Click on that and there are several options, zip being one of them.

Based on your post, I dug further, and found zip as a browsing option when I clicked "full length pants" and "ankle pants" (see graphic below), but not in "jeans". This is so helpful! I will look there for sure.

I couldn't find closure style as an option in "jeans," which is probably what they call denim pants, and I was actually looking for color denim. But of couse maybe QVC included color denim in the other categories, as some categories overlap. But just wonedring, did you see it as an option in jeans? I may have missed it. Let me know if you see otherwise. TIA!

@NYCLatinaMe If I put Jeans in the search bar I do find Closure Style just beneath the sizing. Just click on that.

@NYCLatinaMe I think the difference may be that I put Jeans or Pants in the search bar rather than clicking on Fashion and then choosing the type using the pictures. Not sure why they choose to show different options that way.

I should have posted!

I searched by color, and the zip option is there under closure. Just didn't see it. I also browsed women's denim jeans, and that does not show closure as an option. I looked there because I thought jeans normally have zips. Not at qvc! Except for the wide jeans that, being height challenged, I won't wear. Saw some cute grey jeans by Susan Graver, but I have never bought jeans from her. I see her name, think liquid knit. May try those. They are cropped and I want full length. Putting jeans in the search bar seems to be the trick for narrowing to zip choices. Hopefully I'll find what I need!

It's not just pants that are made without a zipper.

I am going to a wedding in a few weeks and needed a dress. Everything I tried on was a pop over the head style.

I prefer dresses with zippers, but had to settle or I'd have nothing to wear.

It is less expensive to make clothing without zippers.

Try some old fashioned way of shopping...brick & mortar store. Remember? They have TONS of zippered pants!

When I shop at Goodwill I have observed that almost all the slacks/jeans are zippered.

Very few pull on (which I prefer).

@Carmie I found the nicest Isaac dress with a side zipper. It's a fitted look, and I was shocked that it fil me well in the petite size, because I am so hard to fit. It might work for a wedding.

Isaac usually has great dresses. I do love his popover dresses as well. He offers a lot of woven dresses, not knits, and I have bought some really nice ones.

I have also bought zip dresses from Dennis Basso not that long ago, don't know if he has anything now. And from Joan Rivers a while back.

QVC also offers online dresses from Maggy London and Donna Morgan, and others, many of which I suspect have zips. No garment measurements though. They are brick and mortar sizing.

@ID2 Thanks for your well intentioned suggestion. I do not suffer from memory loss. I am petite and curvy, and it is very hard to find pants that fit me in brick and mortar stores. I would go into the dressing room with like 12 pairs of pants and nothing would fit. It was not fun. QVC pants (and clothes) seem to fit shorter people better, even at regular sizes. They also provide measurements, which helps me find the right size, and once I find a brand that fits, I can buy additional items with a fairly consistent fit. This is why I prefer to buy fashions here.

I am glad brick and mortar works for you.

I do not have a car or malls, going and from store to store to find a pair of pants can be extremely time consuming.
