I am 5'2" and 100 lbs. Why does QVC carry many more of the large sizes than small and/or petite sizes. XXS and petite sizes are the first to go, and I assume they just do not bring in many of the small sizes. I am hardly ever able to get anything in XXS, as it's always sold out. Come on QVC--bring in more XXS and petite clothing!

It is frustrating. I'm petite at 5'1" but don't wear a small or extra small. In tops I'm usually either a medium or a large depending on the cut, etc. as I want it to fit well over my D cup bustline.

However long sleeves and overall length of most tops are just too long. Sometimes if I find something that I like I will get the sleeves and top hemmed....yes it's an extra expense but can really make the fit so much better!

The Q is fond of tunic tops which for me are usually quite long. Once in a while I will see a much shorter top but not often. I have noticed a couple of tops in the new Stacey London line to be much shorter (22" - 24") but the sleeves would have to be shortened for me.

I am literally your same size & weight!

I feel your pain. Most designers wont go small enough. example, I really wanted to try Jenny Garths new line, but no options for 00. in pants/jeans.

Laurie Felt & CCB were a couple of lines that offered my size, but both are gone now.

I just picked up Stacey London's new skirt, it comes in xxs petite, so I am excited to get this, and hope it is true to size.

Honestly, I purchace from specialty stores/ dept. stores now to find my perfect fit & style.

We just need to keep in mind, that both ends of the sizing scale is the minority, and qvc caters to the majority.

Heather, I agree with you that Laurie Felt and CCB actually fit me and worked well. I was so sad when they were discontinued. I will look for the Stacey London skirt you mentioned. And I agree that QVC caters to the majority!!

Desertdi, I do agree with you about most retailers not carrying 00's. I have to shop at Gap or Banana Republic or J Crew online. And they cater to the younger crowd, so the styles are not always appropriate for me. It's so hard to found clothes that fit, especially pants with a 24" waist.
