PANTONE REVEALED YET?

Not sure when fall/winter colors are released. Has anyone heard the color they chose yet?

It drives me crazy that the hosts act like they have no idea lol. Since the designs are chosen over a year in advance, I'm sure they know. They keep talking about the importance of brown in upcoming fashions, but I'm not sure if they'd select that as the Pantone color.

Isaac has mentioned green a lot, but I thought that was the Pantone a few years back. He did give away orange as the Pantone last summer. It was refreshing he did that.😃

@cheriere If it's brown, I'll be saving a lot of money on clothing. Lol I have seen in fall previews some tan/camel shades.

Various grouping have been published for fall. Looks like brown/rust and olive are the new ones.

I know it's not a fall color necessarily but I always gravitate to shades of deep blues, my favorite!

It's Future Dusk, a dark purple for 2025.

@Still Raining I have incorporated olive green into my wardrobe since I consider it a neutral. I already have olive jeans, twill pants, an olive sweater and linen blouse. I can pair it with all my black, white and grey and since we really never had a bad winter (not sure my puffer coat saw the light of day), I think I'm almost set for fall.

I am all about the rust, olive , brown shades--my fave colors that look great on me--I wear them year round, in appropriate shades, but if it is that dark purple--OMG--gorgeous!!

My sister and I were talking about Pantone Color of the Year yesterday. She looked it up and it said, the color for 2024 is peach.

@Estellee I love to wear teal in the Fall. It is often featured in Fall fashions. Years ago, back in the 80's , I bought a teal color corduroy jacket and matching pants. I loved wearing that outfit.

Also, in my collection of Dooney & Bourke Zip Zip bags, I have a teal leather bag, that I use in the Fall.

Like you, I always gravitate to shades of blue from periwinkle, aqua, turquoise, teal to navy, in clothing, handbags and in gemstones.

I know. I was bummed about 2024 being the ugly peach. I think it looks like the color of someone's internal organs. :-) Blech!

But the dark blue/purple is lovely! Also--nice to have you back!

@Enufstuff I wear a lot of different shades of denim so the blues and teals work well with them.
