It works on regular TV not on laptop but the interesting thing is QVC2 works???

There was an international internet outage reported in the news that affected thousands of businesses of all kinds around the world. It was bad with airlines, banks, and hospitals among the key businesses impacted, but retailers and broadcasters such as TV networks and QVC were not immune. You couldn't even place a Starbucks coffee order ahead.

The LIVESTREAM is totally broken up, freezes and has huge issues.
