I caught the Nic & Zoe show last night and the prices were really out of sight and then add tax/shipping!!!

I have purchased the brand during the sales at Nordie, but at the full retail price, nope.

Did anyone purchase? I was so tempted by the Chanel like jacket in white.

but as far as Channel like jacket , I bought from HSN sale for $39 G by Giuliana Rancic channnel look a like jacket . I had bought one in black at original intro price then found later were on sale .

@Shanus Yes I purchase Nic and Zoe, I have been buying this brand for years. I usually find this brand in department stores or from their website. As far as pricey everything is relative. This is a brand I do not just wear around the house or to do errands.

Agree with @Janey2

We complain that Q needs to change their merchandise and when they do the complaints continue. It's too this or it's too that.

MY complaint with offering Nic+Zoe is not offering special pricing or free shipping.

I can get these items at Dillards at reduced price or Nordstrom with free shipping.

The site usually has a new customer deal for first purchase. And I get a discount offering several times a year.

I didn't buy anything last night, but I did from a previous show. I bought one of the cardi-blazers. Pricey? Yes, but I instantly loved it as soon as I put it on. The weight of the fabric and construction is so flattering on me. LOL!! I am impressed with the designs. It's not a QVC owned line, so it makes sense to check the line at other retailers for deals, too.

@Shanus - I was in love with that white Chanel-like jacket. I'm still thinking about it. I wonder if it will be reduced at all in the future?

It's one of those pieces that will forever be in style. I was so tempted, but didn't do it. I've never worn the brand before.

For those prices, I'll just shop Nordstrom or my personal fave Lilly Pulitzer. Nothing in the show appealed to me at all. I felt like it was all very average and nothing stood out to me at all.

I bought the white jacket. Since I wear jackets for work it was a good investment . I have found the products are of great quality and they provide excellent customer service!

it would definitely be nice @granddi !

in cases like this, i check the rebate sites for rates to see if ordering from qvc will compensate for the shipping fees accrued. i will also put stuff on my wishlist and wait for a free shipping day, which will happen at least once or twice a month. today, nordstrom rebate is 2.5% and qvc is at 8% cash back......if you order directly from the nic & zoe website there is free shipping AND 12.12% cash back today!

i also have the QCARD and thank goodness they are offering more discount coupons like free shipping and $$$ off of a purchase.

I have only purchased jackets and shirts. I am super finicky about slacks so I don't change from my normal on those!

I have not purchased from this brand and didn't know anything about it, but if someone wants a good quality product I would suggest Marla Wynn from HSN. Her styles are modern and classic. Some are the non-fitted styles and others are regular. Her fabrics are very good. I have pants that are 4-5 years old and still look brand new. Her products are not cheap either but reasonable.

I didn't see anything I particularly wanted or needed but I have purchased from that line before. It's just that I have more than I will ever wear now and what I am looking for this season was not included in their line. I like the bright colors this year, like hot pink, magenta, dark periwinkle and I have 12 pairs of white pants, 3 pairs of ivory and lots of black pants. I have a jacket similar to the one (Chanel-like) that I bought 2-3 years ago from the Karl Lagerfeld line before the line got into a more hip style after he died.

I liked the fringed jacket, except the notch on the inner cuff.

I don't need any new jackets, but I do like the dress Zoe had on. Would prefer it to be a speck longer.

Don't mind paying for better quality items, but they really have to speak to me.

@Shanus, I have been a bargain shopper all my life. I do love the Chanel look, and I have a large collection of those types of jackets from Talbot's. Bought on sale, mind you. Talbot's starts each season with higher prices, but then runs so many different sales. And they always offer petites, which I need.

At my advanced age, I am all shopped out. Oh, and I like to wear a quilted bag with a chain to complete the picture. I check the site often, as my DD also likes their clothing.

The shipping fees are high. But if you order from their store, I do not think shipping is charged. I recently saw Valerie wearing a jacket I have, as well as Linda wearing another jacket I have. Both well- dressed vendors!
