The skirt fabric says "very cool spring", the top is for a heat wave and the fabric is too thick.

Maybe something wearable will filter down to ready to wear.

Hi all. I think the model/teeanger looks adorable. It's a look for the very young.

Anyone remember tube tops when we were younger? lol.

This is a high class version of them. Everything old is new again.

Ahhhhh to be 20 again.

not a fan of this look and my 20something daughter is not a fan either.

i can honestly say i NEVER wore tube tops growing up. i was always afraid of an "accident" LOL.

I saw a similar outfit in Marshalls by Jason Wu. It was the blue tweed in a blazer and matching short shorts.

On a tiny woman it would look adorable.
