I have NEVER received a requested exchange for a different size, let alone a different color. So again, I see the requested size is available, but I have received a credit instead of the new size mailed to me.&amp;nbsp; Annoys me that I have to re-order and have another shipping fee. Nice going, &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;NOT&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe it works from some but it hasn't worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had an item that I ordered and I received a completely different color than what I ordered. I called CS, explained the problem. They said they were shipping out the correct color item and I should just ship the wrong one back which I did. I never received the 2nd one that was supposedly shipped but instead was credited for my return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree with you about it being annoying to have to reorder and pay shipping again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the exchange you are requesting is not in stock according to Q, you are to get a full refund - which includes shipping both ways. If you were charged shipping on the item you returned, call CS and request a refund of all charges. It should be as if you never ordered anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Even with EZ returns, once you contact them and they send a replacement&amp;nbsp; when you send the item back that does not fit and mark&amp;nbsp; " Return " they charge you the return shipping fee.&amp;nbsp; The lack of QVC providing a detailed&amp;nbsp; return&amp;nbsp; statement , makes one conatantly have to&amp;nbsp; try to figure out if they charged return shipping on an item that was an exchange . The customer is contantly&amp;nbsp; emailing to request a detailed&amp;nbsp; return statement or ask they reimburse you the shipping on an exchange . Then you have to double check as to if and when they submit it to your credit card . &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I haven't tried this service here a the Q but I have a couple times at HSN with much success--in fact usually the exchange came way faster than the actual shipping of the item the first time. My new years resolution is not to buy anymore from here or HSN-- Have 1 auto ship item that I will keep tho.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I do I check garment measurements very carefully before ordering. That usually helps, but it's not perfect, especially if it's a brand I haven't ordered before. I requested an exchange for a different size on a QVC&amp;nbsp;return form once, and got the same size the second time. Didn't want to mess with it again so I returned the item and took a QVC credit instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They kept charging me month after month and then only did a refund on one month. It took forever to get it right!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had ordered 2 outfits and only got one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled the second one I ordered I was so mad and sent back the other item I ordered. Plus the one that was not mine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked for a return label since they weren't sending them then and was told 3 times they mailed it by 3 different people and never got it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I quit shopping for a year and a half.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hsn send out the exchange and you have 10 days to send back the one you don't want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qvc won't send out anything until they get the item back.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn't work because everything to do with exchanges and/or returns takes sooooooooo long at the Q.&amp;nbsp; By the time they process your exchange the item is gone in most sizes and colors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That being said, if you request an exchange and they are unable to fulfill that request they will refund your shipping.&amp;nbsp; If it doesn't automatically appear on your statement a phone call will resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; As I have said before, for all its faults, the Q's CS is generally very good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if your heart is set on an exchange, you will most likely be disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exchanges are a big hassle for me because I request a mailed return label, since I don't have a printer. For some reason I can't get ez return to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CS won't send out the label if at that moment the exchange you want isn't available. Which means you're out of luck and then they charge you for return shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
