Good morning!

What's happening in your neck of the woods?

I'm headed over to DDs ...we're having our official Christmas this morning!

There will be Santa for the kidz and present opening for the adults!
I'm putting a bunch into my car this morning to take over...

After all of that, we will be having egg casserole! Yum!

Sounds like you're going to have a lovely day and I hope you do!

Hubby and I are going to Costco this morning to stock up on our usuals and will probably eat breakfast at our favorite cafeteria before.

Then it's back to start our annual tradition of watching the Twilight Zone marathan for New years (it lasts for 3 days! haha). We'll watch it on and off (usually on) the whole time while enjoying our fireplace and some rare goodies like pizza and sweets, namely a tin of Jingle Jangle from Trader Joes (my downfall).

Yes, we love the Twilight Zone and never tire of it...well obviously we've been watching the New Years marathons for as many years as I can remember. So yes we are big party animals as you can tell! haha

@GingerHead lol, I haven't been to a New Year's party in ages either! I am really looking forward to watching this though! Thanks for giving me the link 😊. Well, I think that link I shared above tells you how to stream it....we don't stream it, it's actually just on regular TV on the SciFi (? spelling) channel.

Good morning, sisters! I've not been tempted by anything yet but am glad to see AMS is on this morning! I liked the pink Muk Luks but got a pair of Christmas themed PJs from them earlier and the quality was pretty poor so I'll pass on them. I like KG's heart sweater but think her prices are too high for her quality. Heavy house cleaning today to prepare for the family for lunch on NYD; starting prep for the meal today (soaking peas), tomorrow I'll start cooking the peas & collards, then try to stay up to greet the new year. Enjoy whatever comes your way today.

@jackthebear , I was at the grocer yesterday and a huge Valentines Day candy display was up already. I've not seen any VD clothing yet but know it's not for me. Yes, as mentioned, anything to bring in money.

Watching now and they're presenting a Berkshire tie robe. Where are ALL of the zip front robes QVC? Please, I've been looking since before Christmas to no avail. There was a Joan rivers velour zip front lounger, but it's now on waitlist. There's usually several featured during this time.

@Bird mama , that skirt is pretty but I'm past clothing that's slit up "to there". Years ago when I was working, I got a nice denim skirt that the slit wasn't that high...until I sat down! Wore it to a meeting and was very thankful that we were sitting at a wooden table where I could hide under. Loved the skirt but knew not to wear it anywhere I'd be sitting down!

@Carolina925 So far the only VD thing I saw this week was related to greeting cards. I'm sure the stores will be flooded after the New Year. I never cared for high front slits in skirts - I like to get dressed, not prepare for show and tell. You have a bit more latitude with a side slit.
