Anyone know where to find long, warm, full zippered quality robes - like the old Stan Herman robes were years ago before he cheapened them? I'm short-waisted so cannot wear belted robes.

Just what I look for, but apparently waited too long this year. I'm still wearing -after

many years- one I bought at HSN, & it still looks good. I think they had one earlier in

the season, but I forgot to look until too late. The brand is now called Comfort Code.

@chlema. I gave up on Stan's robes with a second broken zipper. I got a nice one last year at L. L. Bean.

If you're looking for a Stan Herman chenille robe that's called a 'lounger' but is a full length robe, he has a new one listed on QVC. This is the number: A613973

Check out PaviliaHome dot com. Reasonable and also sold on Amazon.

I own three of their sherpa robes. So warm and they don't shed (maybe a little in the beginning). Their sherpa fabric is like what Berkshire's 'Fluffie' throws are made of.

@Kachina624 Yes, sad what happened to Stan's robes. The one I have now is old, bought back before he cheapened the quality. I don't know how many times it has been thru the wash and really there is no signs of wear and the zipper is a good one.

@ciao_bella Thanks but no longer will buy Stan's robes because they "aint what they used to be". Sad but true.

Google "Miss Elaine"; I've purchased these nice, warm robes from Kohl's as well as Macy's.

Blair, Macy's, etc., etc. Not hard to find this style. All my robes have zippers.

Damons & Drapers have good quality zip front robes. I have 4 of them.

I only work part time and am home comfy in my long winter robes quite a bit, so my robes are very important to me. I find beautiful ones on ebay from Bob Mackie, his quality is amazing, also Miss Elaine, Heavenly Bodies, and Vanity Fair. Zippers for me too and I like them down to my ankles.

Yes, LLBean has great quality robes. The Vermont Country Store also has great zippered robes.

I have two chinelle robes......nice, cotton. A bit 'heavy'.......For several years I've been wishing for polyester chinelle robes (lighter weight).

I'm the one who prefers robes with hoods during cold Fall/Winter. Only not too heavy weight.

I'll check out S.H.'s robe and also other suggestions here.

I bought this robe for both myself and my 88 year old mother from Blair over a year ago. It is soft and warm and washes extremely well. The price is also extremely reasonable and it comes in several colors.
