I've gotten several by using the chat feature, though not sure what the window is. Ten days might be too long but probably worth asking.

I thought that if the price of the exact item goes down within 30 days, a price adjustment will be made if you get in touch with CS. I have done this in the past with no problem.

That would make sense given the return window is thirty days. Now that returns can run through January, it might even be longer.

It's always within 30 days of purchase and the item must have shipped.

Yes if the price went down within 30 days from the date you ordered it. Call CS and provide order or item#.

Since prices changed daily.....I email the mods when the price has gone down....and it has not shipped.

Then when it does ship, I re email.

The price could have gone up b4 it ships, so this way I have proof.

It does NOT apply all the way til Jan 31, though.

It is 30 days from your Order date, NOT from the date you receive it though. (returns are 30 days from receiving it only)

Because they don't charge you until it ships. They can't make an adjust without the purchase hitting your charge card.

Once some orders have been in process, they can't even make changes to it on their end.

A couple times my order has shipped, but it took another 1-2 days for it to actually Hit my Q card. Then they were able to adjust it.

AND....if you use easy pay....and the sale price credit is larger, they may have to contact the finance dept to have the credit adjusted by reducing all the future EZ pays.

In short, they can't credit you for something you haven't been charged yet OR for an amount more than you were charged.

Yes! Call CS and tell them you would like a price adjustment. Just give the order number and what you paid. They should see what the item currently costs.
