WHAT'S MISSING IN YOUR SPRING/SUMMER WARDROBE???

I might have a better sense of what I need if I could see the possibility of wearing spring/summer clothes. It snowed this morning and my sister just told me 6-12 inches is forecast for Friday.

I am feeling like anything black--pants, dress, skirt, shoes, boots and handbags has a dreary winter connotation. I need to feel light in my life--from sunshine to the colors I wear.

I think my next hunt will be for a pair of linen espadrilles.

Good afternoon, magic!

My wardrobe is missing well-fitting, full-length khaki and black pants in a cotton sateen fabric. I could also use a new pair of white jeans. And, as always, I am missing cute tops to wear with said pants.

I could also use a new after-work outfit that would be appropriate to wear to the theater, opera, or summer musical.

I'm still on the hunt for the perfect neutral handbag, too.

This Orthaheel Kelly wedge is so comfortable! I wore these on vacation and liked them better than my flat Orthaheels.

I went a little crazy in March buying spring clothes. I bought 4 Chicos jackets from ebay, 3 sweaters from Kohl's, 2 pairs of orthaheel sandals (new on ebay), 3 pairs of bermuda shorts, and 3 scarfs. I should be done!

I feel the same way as the OP about black. I wear some black during the spring and summer, but I'm very tired of all my black clothes right now. I'm hoping it warms up soon so I can wear my new things.

I need jeans, blue, black, and white.

A couple lightweight cardigans, hopefully one with elbow-length sleeves.

A couple smaller (in size, not coverage) bras.

A couple t-shirts.

I really need the things above but I also want a dress. Maybe I can get a dress & wedges to go with for Easter...

I bought several linen big shirts, tees, and shorts on sale at J Jill last fall on clearance...can't wait to wear them! It finally hit mid 60s late today so it won't be long before I can trade out my sweaters/jeans for Spring Wear!

*Short sleeve tops in solid colors (scoop or v neck; prefer a blend)

*Silky/dress-up top

*Jacket - all weather

*Handbag, bone or sand color

I like this top at Talbot's, just waiting for a sale! It comes in many colors.

I could use some of those, too. The only V-neck ones I have seen had lace trim.

Bless your heart, girl! It's not that bad here, but last week we had snow an hour from us and most of this week is going to be seventy or high sixties at least. Please do come over for some sunshine and a nice glass if zin!

I bought Rafellas white and their black slacks because it's the nicest woven fabric ever! You know when you love something, you get it in every color or suffer! LOL!

I could use some of those, too. The only V-neck ones I have seen had lace trim.

Dillards has them in their Peter Nygard line. They're polli with a double row of stitching and fantastic! They wash well!
