What's on your mind this morning?

We have chilly cold and rainy here ... still dark!

Missed my hair appointment yesterday, so I'm going this morning.

There's a 🏈 game that is at an "away" place...with the weather as it is I may not go.

Am I a "fair weather 🏈 fan?" LOL

Good morning, ladies. I had a trip to the mountains planned but the trip got cancelled at the last minute due to the health of one in my party. It was supposed to be cold up there so went into my winter closet and realized I needed some new tops. Haven't found anything that caught my eye so far, an hour into the show. They sure are pushing the AnyBody new line. Went to grocery store Thursday, the girl in front of me had on her PJs along with house slippers. Yes, they were definitely PJs. The funny thing is that she had on a full face of makeup along with huge false eyelashes! Really, if she could do all that to her face, she couldn't have just slipped into at least a pair of jeans or anything that she hadn't slept in? Yes, my age is showing. Cloudy here so not sure if the eclipse will make much of a difference. I didn't get anything together to view so doesn't really matter, I suppose. Hope y'all enjoy this day, however you decide to fill your hours.

Well, I could have sworn that Leah said, "Who's ready for a TV potty?" And I thought, "OH YES"....that would be a GREAT invention!

Good Morning Style Sisters, I didn't tune in early enough to see the mocktail or hear the question of the day. It's likely that Leah has asked the question of the day more than once - I've been buzzing around the house and the TV volume is not turned up high.

Almost a month ago I had over $10K of masonry work performed on my house so I've been trying to be good about shopping for wanna haves. I did pick up a couple of things from JCP (online).

Sweatshirt by Xersion

Wide leg knit pants by Stylus

The pants didn't come in tall however they are long enough for flats or a modest heel. What I like about them is that they have dress like pant details

The sale was good so I didn't spend lots.

Nice choices all @Bird mama ... I have a similar sweatshirt from Isaac when he was doing his really substantial Soho collection a few years ago (before pandemic). The quality of that line has tanked since.

@Caaareful Shopper the pants are a polyester knit. Normally I don't wear polyester pants - I like pants/slacks/trousers (whichever you prefer) to have more heft and cotton in the blend.

Feeling really low these days horrible back and hip and leg pain, doctors are not helping I think it started as a reaction to a thinner which I stopped taking two weeks ago, every day I hope this pain gets less but it seems to get worse, not sure why to do any longer, just sad and achy

It's chilly & raining here in E. PA. A good day for cozy clothes.

And speaking of cozy clothes...I bought 3 sweatshirts this week. They're the kind from back in the day with the softness inside & not the breezy French terry.

@Bird mama You & I must've gotten the memo on sweatshirts. I also really like the pants you bought.

These are the 3 toasty-warm sweatshirts I bought at Macy's this week - only $11.19 each so I couldn't pass them up Lol

I also bought this very girly cardigan ($12.99) and a matching cotton mockneck ($5.99) while checking out the sales there.

I had $10 in "Star $" and free shipping at $25, so it was guilt-free shopping
