LOVE, love Julia, but this look doesn't do it for me.

The jacket appears to be too big in addition, probably a nod to "oversized".

It's okay if you want to look like an attorney where you don't want to attract attention to the way you look....basic courtroom attire.

No, the outfit is boring and unappealing, but worse, her knees are not attractive enough for her to look good in shorts!

Yes, I like the outfit very much and think she looks great. I don't think the jacket looks oversized, I don't think she looks boring or like an attorney, and I don't think her knees are unattractive.

I like the way Julia looks.

When I started working in Washington, DC, (when dinosaurs roamed the earth ) I wore suits that were exactly like this. Not shorts, but pleated or straight skirts.

Most of the professional woman around me wore similar suits or outfits. It was just how you dressed, including stockings.

The only thing off about it (to me) are the dark heels. I would have worn light brown pumps as I never could keep sling backs on my feet.

Back when this look was really popular, about 25 years or so ago, the shorts were fitted and I like that look a lot better than this wider leg look.

I like the top half better than the bottom half but even that is a little stuffy and dated looking....it would look better with jeans and boots.

I really dislike the short pleated "cheerleader/Marsha Brady" type skirt. (I can hear Jan Brady now "Marsha Marsha,Marsha", haha).

Edited to say, she is beautiful and looks good, just not my favorite oufit....

I don't see any Bermuda shorts. She is wearing culottes. These were in fashion back in the 70's. I remember wearing them....and Yes, I also had a matching jacket, but my jacket was a shorter version.

I think she is a beautiful women, but I'd prefer to see her in a shorter jacket without those stupid pocket flaps. If they are besom pockets, I would tuck the flaps inside.

I am not crazy about the blouse she is wearing...way too many buttons on the front of her between the blouse and jacket.

I would also prefer to see her in a different color.

Cool gray is not in her wheel house of flattering colors. Warmer shades are more suited for auburn hair.
