I have worn an underwire bra my whole life. I am interested in trying a wireless bra. What is the best wireless bra for large breasted women

I hate them because the underneath band is always and rolls up on me. I like with wires better.

I can't stand bras with wires and I only will wear wireless bras and although I'm not large I like Bali and Jockey.

I will be interested in the replies...My bra size is 32G...I have to wear an underwire but would consider one with out if it worked...I need the support.

@Mom2Dogs I buy an Anita Active in 32G from my local fitter. With tax about $90 each. I can buy bras marked our size for less, but they aren't the same - some don't fit me at all and none that come at least close are comfortable and make my clothes fit as well as the Anita.

Also, the fitter I use owns the shop. She is committeed to service that maintains her business. She's a marked difference from even clerks who have gotten nice raises in the last few years!

I have tried numerous wireless bras, and always return them. I can't stand the material on the bottom of the bra. Wire bras do not have all that material on the bottom.

I switched from underwire bras to wirefree bras a couple of years ago. I've been buying Jockey bras. Very comfortable. Good support. I could never go back to underwire.

Walcol is the standard. Dillards sells them, there will be other places.

I wear both underwire and wirefree bras. If I want to look my best, I always wear an underwire bra. Some wirefree bras give me a uniboob look. I have been happy with a Vanity Fair bra that is lightly lined and has cups, even though I am large busted. The lining does not seem to "add", and the separate cups give a more attractive look for me at nearly 75 years old.

That is the wired brand that I typically wear - Macy's carries them as well just not my size. I have or order.

@ECBG As good as Wacoal can be, and I used them for years, I've given up. Even before the pandemic and all the supply issues, the top fitter at a Nordstrom Walcoal event found exactly one bra that worked okay for me then.

@Mom2Dogs I've never looked online because very few bras support me even when they are the supposedly the right size. The older I get the more I need excellent engineering.

@Nana4x. If you need good support in a bra, you won't be happy with a wireless. Make sure you can return it.

@Nana4x I like the FOREVER FIT from Jockey and yes they are wirefree! Good luck as bras are like mascara, there are numerous offerings and sometimes it is a long journey to find the perfect destination!

I only wore underwires for years because the girls were bigger when I was heavy. I grew to hate the underwire bras because the bra would start to wear out and the wire would poke me and pop out. When I lost a significant amount of weight my bra size changed and I'm now pretty average. I'm much more comfortable in wireless and can find suitable bras in more stores tham I used to. I've even gotten them at Costco. 🤷‍♀️

I've never needed a full on underwire, but the support was appreciated if I wore one, but gad they were uncomfortable. I've worn the same cheap-o bras for years and finally decided I needed something new and different. I was surprised to find that all the bras out there seem to cater to T-Shirts, but I decided to try one. The one I tried is inexpensive, solf material, washes well and at Wally-World and has what looks like a slight foamy push-up bar at the inside bottom of the cups. It's incredible! Soft, comfortable material, great form and gives a much better "look" than anything I've ever worn before. I'm not real big at all, so this may not work for others but it was a "Eureka" moment for me. I'm sold.... love it and will add more when I can.

@Nana4x - I think you will be happy if you try the Anita brand. They are comfortable and give amazing support. The Anita brand Rosa Faia Twin Seamless Comfort Wire-Free Bra (that only goes up to an F cup) is the most shocking wonder of a bra as it is lightweight, has no padding or thickness to the material, yet it is as if NASA engineers constructed the thing for maximum support. I have no idea how that seemingly flimsy bra can provide the level of support it does, but that particular bra is truly made of miraculous material and is stitched to perfection. Many other Anita bras are available in higher cup sizes, though, and they are all comfortable and supportive.

I have never been able to wear wired bras as I found them too uncomfortable.

@millieshops I just happened to see your brand in several styles on Bare Necessities today. They have a lot of promotions so you might want to check them out sometime.

I've always worn underwire bras myself...until I found a Jockey bra (the Jockey Forever Fit molded cup bra) on the Q. I purchased quite a few and have never looked back. Much more comfortable. Yes, great for the larger breasted girls.
