Ali doesn’t know what rayon is?

Rayon is made from cellulose derived from wood. It is not as Ali said a derivative of silk. It may be soft as silk but in no way is it silk! Seems like hosts should know what a fabric is when describing it.

Horror's upon horror's! Rayon is noted as artificial silk (or replacement). Easy error to mistate.

It seems management does not fully train hosts re items they sell. They don't hold hosts accountable for knowledge re items sold.

The knowledgeable hosts they get rid of.

@Auntiebean1 If Ali did not know for sure what rayon actually is, she should not have said anything. What would a derivative of silk even be? Silk light?

I do learn some things from watching QVC, the actual designers though, who know what they are talking about.

I have worn a lot of rayon in year's past. It was high quality and easy to care for. I liked the movement of it when woven. My favorite top ever was rayon knit. I thought everyone knew it was made from a wood byproduct. Am not real fond of rayon/nylon when it is knit; very clingy and thin.

I am not a fan of rayon. It doesn't last very long and the TSV rayon was mixed with nylon ( plastic) to make it hold up longer. Rayon frays at the seams.

This fabric is pure junk and environmentally unfriendly.

All they needed to do was put the info on the cards the hosts look at when they present something...I think the prob assumed she knew what rayon was. Am wondering how those pants will work with wearing them over a wet swimsuit. That was suggested several times on the video I saw.

Please bring back nice soft cotton!!! So tired of all these "fake" fabrics. Even Isaac's supima is NOT the same thick cotton of a few years ago.

This is kinda off topic: My Mom was not a fan of rayon. Maybe the earlier kind,but I have no problem w/ it.
