Do you normally wear heels with your jeans?

I get so thrown off when I watch Kourtney and Amy presenting jeans with their heels on. I am short like them, but not an extra extra small, but I never wear heels with jeans. I get they like to look taller but to me it's not realistically how most people wear jeans. Wedges I can see, but 4" heels? Guess I'm showing my age.

What's really funny is when they wear high heels with shorts and Bermuda shorts and skimmers! I assume they're just trying to make them look more glamorous, and attractive. I never see anyone wearing heels with these items. But jeans, yes I don't think it's uncommon to wear heels such as wedges with jeans.

Yes, I wear heels with jeans IF I am going out on a date with hubby or some type of event. However, it's not often I do that. Most often if I'm in jeans I have nice shoes that match the top I happen to have on, colored sneakers, sandals, a closed toe shoe, etc. I really like the look of heels with jeans though.

Sadly, my heel wearing days are over, but in my younger days I would occasionally wear heels with jeans.

I guess I am jealous and showing my age. For me it's usually sneakers or loafers with jeans. My high heel days are long gone.

Yes...some type of heel or wedge. I do not own flats, as my back hurts if I put on a flat.

i do wear boots with heels, wedge shoes that have a higher heel, and platform sandals with jeans or jeggings.

Yes, if wedge sandals count as heels, I wear heels with my jeans. I cannot wear flat soled shoes.

Never. A 2-inch heel for any occasion is too high for me.

I don't think they are trying to appear taller, but do it to portray a certain image. I often giggle to myself imagining them doing their housework in heels...or maybe they are above that.

Same here. I'm also short at 5'1" but I'm not an xxxx small. I am a medium and could never imagine wearing spike heels at all with my bad knees. I will wear platforms or a wedge heel.

This is a look commoly worn by young people. The posters here don't wear them, but what I am reading is that they never wear heels. I seldom do now, but before I developed foot problems, I did.

@Xivambala Why would anyone think they would wear heels to do housework?? They are presenting products!! It depends on where anyone is going - yes - heels could be worn!! Most posting here are saying they cannot wear heels so apples and orange comparison!! Heels dress up jeans so it is understandable they are worn by many in real life!!

I have dress shoes, sandals, tennis shoes that I wear and have a couple pair of heels if I would need but not spiked heels. I also have boots as well.

Flats I never wear and need some sort of a heel.

So many choices and comfortable shoes and no longer beat up my feet in heels only. I wore them more with dresses and dress pants. I always wore a dress shoe and not a tennis shoe but times have changed.

No, never have. I have casual and dress boots/booties and loafers, depending on the occasion. If at home, might be Birks or Uggs.

No. Ages ago when I was young, I had dressier jeans that I wore when I was going out and I wore heels. Then I had other jeans that I wore flats and sneakers with. These days, I have bad ankles, feet, back, etc., and sadly, I have to stick to sneakers. I used to wear nice boots or booties with my jeans, also. I love this look!
