Customer Service PLEASE HELP!

Could someone in customer service help me with A485784, I ordered it on 2/24/23 and it is still in the "packaging' LIMBO. I would like to take it on vacation in April that is why I ordered it so early, I thought ! Could someone either expedite it for me or tell me if I will ever receive my order before summer is over?????

Thanks for the info, I chatted and now I will email. Actually now I remember why I stopped shopping at the Q, this shipping issues are ridiculous! After this order I'm done AGAIN!! The funny thing is they gave me a little hope because at Christmas shipping was great, they must have fired those people TOO!! But thanks again for the help here!
