I really like the style and colors of Lilly Pulitzer fashions.Her prices are a bit high.Does anyone know of similar styles,colors,patterns,by other designers?

There isn't a knock off brand for Lilly Pulitzer that I can think of. You can always recreate the Pulitzer style by pairing your own preppy bright prints and pink, green and yellow fashions.

Vineyard Vines has a similar aesthetic, that preppy look. I don't know if there is much of price difference between the two. It's an easy look to put together yourself. I would browse both websites for color, styles, prints etc and then shop elsewhere for similar pieces.

I have a few pieces from the q, was her line called lily and van (husband)? I wear them for spring and summer, but styles can be seasonally limiting. I was fortunate to get on clearance. Very good quality.

Also watch for sales at Dillards or other department stores when they are 50 and 75% off. They may have a sale on their website. Even if you got a sweater with buttons and you could wear solids and it go with many things. I had a dress one time that was the green and pink she was so famous for and I could not see what was on the pattern.........then I realized it was monkeys. It was so cute but you really had to look. I gave it away when I gained weight.

Lands End and LCNY look nothing like Lilly !!! LOVE Lilly P clothing & Vineyard Vines (also very expensive)- Keep in mind that Lilly does have sales at the end of the season & there is a fantastic warehouse sale here in PA (don't know about other states, but you could Google it!) I also dress my dtr in Lilly.

I love Lilly. It's my summer weekend wardrobe. Lilly has end of season sales. If you can't wait, In The Pink dot com always has a clearance sale going.

Tommy Bahama is a lower priced alternative to Lily Pulitzer. I wear both.

There was a couple that sold their line on QVC several years ago that I THINK were in the Pulitzer family and it was a lower cost version. Someone help me remember the name of the line! They had some really cute ""Lilly"" looking clothes.

I hated it when the Q stopped having Lily and Van items.........they were very close to Lily P. styles and the quality was great.

I am a huge Lilly fan and 3/4 of my wardrobe is from Lilly. I wait for the warehouse sales and spend 3 days there. My daughter goes with me now and we have an amazing time. C. Wonder is a brand that is VERY similar to my beloved Lilly. I shop there often and they have great sales. They also have outlet stores. Good luck. Let me know how you like it.

They do have sales I believe, if there is a shop near you, I think you can get on their mailing list and they will send you stuff. There is an LP shop a few miles from me, but I really have not been that interested, and have only been in the store a few times. I have purchased some accessories and once I bought a planner and a few more items. One of my DD's friend's mother dresses almost entirely in LP, so for a long time I specifically did not buy any clothing there because I know that is where she gets most of her clothing and I did not want to show up to an event or something wearing the same thing.

As someone else suggested, check Ebay and watch for sales online, and of course check and see if there is an outlet mall near you, perhaps they have an outlet store, I don't know. You can also duplicate the look with things from LandsEnd, they have started doing a lot of similar colors and prints.
