@sandfordkIt is the top to a pair of PJs that was presented in the show. I believe they were Cuddl Duds.

@Kachina624is correct, that's it...I have the blue set & have worn the top with jeans, the double plush is comfy & not too hot.

That CD set is a Hot Pick today plus it's on a special cyber-week sale price. Probably why the hosts are wearing it.

I own the blue set too. I'm wearing the top today with jeans. It's very comfortable and the fabric is really soft.

The peacemanor blog https://peacemanor.blogspot.com/ says that there's a Cuddl Duds PJ set as the TSV for Dec. 2nd. The picture in the blog looks like the same set that @Kachina624 identified. Of course, the actual TSV may be different. The blog says the Dec. 2nd set is under $30.
