I found it odd the other day when they did the debut of the brand.

It is the exact same G.I.L.I. stuff with a different name.

Why bother?

It's all a QVC "in house" brand, right?

How many Sherpa loungers does one need? Will we see the return of the Obi belt too?

vs. G.I.L.I. Sherpa Wellsoft Pullover Hoodie.

The only difference is Jill's is currently 10 bucks cheaper because it's on sale.

Looks like she ditched the name Lisa gave the line when she created it, ruined it and now put some silly name by her. Whatever!!!

It wasn't Lisa's brand and it is not Jill's brand, it's a QVC house brand and Jill's is just paid to be the face of the brand.

Last week Jill posted on Instagram an entire story about her new brand BumbleBella.

She said Bella was an homage to someone in her new family (on her new husband's side).

The Bumble part was very interesting.....she told the exact same story that Joan Rivers told to brand her own bees in her line. All about the bees ergonomically should not be able to fly but they do, out of perseverance and grit, etc.

Joan Rivers of course did not own that story about the bee. But lots of people responded to Jill about how could she bring a brand to QVC of all places with the same story that Joan Rivers had. Joan spent years offering bees pins, and it was basically Joan's calling card for a lot of her items on QVC.

Jill defended her new brand name. However, she promptly deleted her post. I think she may have decided not to recite the same story about the bee on air, and just present her items without explanation of the BumbleBella name.

@San Antonio Gal I saw it on her Instagram account, not sure about FB (I never checked). Most posters couldn't get over bringing it to QVC and using the same exact story. Especially since it's fashion & accessories like Joan.

I haven't watched her presentations on QVC under this new brand. It seems that she at least changed her mind about reciting the same story.

I wonder if QVC saw the backlash on her page, since the QVC social media person is always chiming in on posts by the company's brands.
