Yes, they do. To the best of my knowledge, there's not one out there right now. There was a 20% coupon last week. Check the spendable cash section of your HSN account to see if you have any.

The way they distribute coupons is not democratic; it is selective. There have been times I have had a coupon and others have not, and times that I know others had a coupon and I did not. Have no idea on what this benefit is based.

Most times, they are not transferable, i believe. i do get them quite often.

I have gotten them good through the month. They are only good for one account and not transferable.

I got one in July (in the mail) for $10 off a $50 purchase and just received another for $10 off a $10 purchase. Non-transferable.
