@gertrudecloset Thank you, I could just hear it in my head. In my youth, I loved to dance at clubs. Yes there were disco balls and I loved dancing to the disco music. Now people hate disco but I could dance till I dropped.

I hated them back then and I hate them now. Someone from the movie studio that made Super Fly (loved that movie ) ought to pick them up in case they do a remake.

The short patchwork skirts were ok and some of the midis, but the shoes are IMHO awful. I guess they are in for this year since I have seen a few others online. I can stand them when they aren't multi colored.

@gertrudecloset I sort of learned The Hustle dance moves from a page in Glamour magazine: Tore out the page and taped it up to a mirror. My BFF and I used to practice. We both failed to win at any Hustle dance contest.

I would never have worn boots or any other clothing item in that patchwork style, athough I did own a few subdued but still regrettabe plaid outfits.

That's so cool. A DIY trick to learn to dance. Hmmm, wish I had thought of that back then @laluzdelmundo . I wore some plaid. I did the patchwork jeans too. I was much younger and not the age I could go to a club to dance the "hustle."

I'm a shoe fanatic so odds are, I liked those platforms back then. There were some very very colorful ones I used to see and thought they were so cool!
