I was watching the Christopher & Banks show this AM and noticed the shipping charge is now $5.99 up $1. Is this the new trend???

Their shipping is higher than any of its competitors, always has been.

Like @Shelbelle states, ShopHQ shipping is by far the highest. Once I put items in my cart and realize the shipping costs I rarely purchase. Right now I have a small bracelet in my cart with shipping at $11.99. A tank has shipping at 6.99. I have found typically, the more expensive an item is the higher the shipping. Be careful, they can be very shady with billing as well.

High Def doesnt worry me in the least, paying way over the top shipping is more of a concern to me.

Their shipping has always been insane. They do sometimes have shipping specials, where you spend $50 and shipping is free. They do have some good prices but when you factor in the shipping it's not a good deal after all.

It is high def on Spectrum. I find lots of their fashion is retreads which I can buy at Goodwill in mint condition. I like the Christopher and Banks offerings except for one glaring problem for me--their items look built for shorter torso women. I have a longer torso. I do wear some tunics, but I also like regular length tops, just need them to be a little extended.

I used to shop there more. I always liked their OSO brand in previous years , not so much lately. Chistopher Banks had some cotton shell/tanks with low $s and low Sh&H at first of season. They do have shorter torsos . I have a short torso so that worked for me. Also , I notice they charge a little more for + sizes.

Years ago I bought Kate and Mallory but they mainly have strange over the top hemming and for my tastes too many details.

I started to purchase a bedding set then notice they were charging $10.99 shipping . I cancelled.

I check their site a cpl of times a week. What they call 'The Closeout' has good bargains and low shipping. I bought several of the Piper brand insulated shopping totes. Great for frozen items in this He--ish heat. they hold more than I thought.

According to QVC's quarterly report, released last week, they lost money in shipping and handling. Can an increase be far behind?

I occasionally cruise by ShopHQ. I have never seen one piece of clothing I would purchase. It all looks pre-teen and cheaply made.

IMO, s/h is already factored into the price of the item so it should be pure profit for all the shopping channels. I don't understand how QVC can lose money on s/h??!!!!

As for ShopHQ, I know their shipping was always higher than QVC and HSN but I'm expecting s/h to go up for both.

I like to check out their merchandise periodically and enjoy looking at some of their brands. Their shipping may be high, but not worse than some other sites I visit like Sundance, etc. I like that they have different products and brands.

Trend?? Their s&g charges have always been higher than the other shopping channels because the want us to join that program where they reimburse your shipping charges. I shop with them but I'm careful about what I buy because of the shipping. I do love Christopher & Banks merchandise.

They want you to jump through time consuming hoops to get that shipping reimbursement and other reimbursements which to me is just not worth it. From what I can tell the reimbursement takes time to go through and they also are probably counting on people forgetting they signed up and are still payin g the monthly fee without applying for the reimbursement!!
