I have never tried her jeans, but she has 32 inseam. I ordered 3 pairs ! I was so happy to get these in white, indigo and black. I should have gotten yellow but sold out !

They look nice but I'm not ordering. They are too expensive (most everything is!) for me right now because my size is still changing frequently.

They contain 2% spandex & that is normally a dealbreaker for me, though it may be fine in this blend. I'm looking forward to hearing reviews.

I purchased two pairs of Iman's bootcut pants last year and was fairly well pleased. They were pull on, but not with the obvious elastic around the waist--they had a faux zipper and fit very smoothly around the waist. The fit was good (I almost always have to take pants up just a bit in the hips), and they were very well made. The only negative I would have about those particular ones is the fact that they are so high in the back to prevent gapping, and a little lower in the front rise than I prefer, but not so much that I would send them back. Overall, the quality of construction was very good, and I liked the fabric-lightweight but not at all thin.

I'm watching the presentation of these now. They do look much nicer than the spray-painted look of leggings & skinny jeans. The before/afters are very nice & I'll bet they convince many to order. But I am very leery about pants you just pull on. That tends to be another dealbreaker for me.

Were they the same configuration - 80% cotton, 18% polyester, 2% spandex? Do they hold their shape or stretch out as the day goes on?

These looked a lot more flattering to me than Diane's recent TSV.

Were they the same configuration - 80% cotton, 18% polyester, 2% spandex? Do they hold their shape or stretch out as the day goes on?

These are nice pants - not denim - you can dress them up or wear more casual. The fabric is smooth and is 74% polyester, 21% rayon, and 5% spandex. I haven't worn them in a while, been wearing jeans most of the time, and I had forgotten you can tell there is elastic in the waist casing on the back-but they are smoothed out when you put them on. I just looked on HSN and apparently they aren't available anymore. I was just looking at the stitching, the way they're constructed, etc., and unless the quality of her garments has changed, they're way better than DG2 (if you've ever gotten Diane Gilman's jeans). But I also have to give credit where credit is due, and say that the construction of the How Smooth jeans and capris I've gotten from Denim & Co is right up there with these (they changed the fit and style, but the quality of construction is there).

Oh, and these don't stretch out.

I find the quality of Iman's garments is not commensurate with the price tag. The TS is only $40, so if it's not all that when you get it that is not as disappointing as not being pleased with her over $100 items.

I'm watching the long video presentation of these & I am really impressed. A few models look bad but they are obviously wearing a size smaller than they need. I hope the reviews are good.

Thanks! It sounds like the fabric used is well thought out as well as the construction. I haven't tried anything from Iman's line yet but it does sound good.

I think since these are "stretch denim slim pants", they would probably fit very tight, and both Iman and the models are apparently using every single bit of that stretch! If I were to order them, I would probably go up a size. At my age, I don't need to look like I've been melted and poured into anything! (HSN only gives hip, waist, and inseam measurements - QVC gives a lot more measurements like rise, etc.).

Does anyone else think Iman has been photoshopped beyond belief on HSN's homepage. Not a single wrinkle or crease in those jeans. Yet when I saw Amy at kick-off wearing the white her knees were all wrinkly.

oh my.. thought I was the only one...Joy didn't look right in those pants last night around 12..The did look tight as if you sit down they would rip....I did not buy any of them..my sister love hsn . I like them tooo but I prefer qvc better.... I am at a size where I don't want to be fighting just to get in some pants..
