Looking at some crop pants,ISSAC, what does petite 30 mean,it is the 30 ,i don't know if i understand ,is it 30 inches?

Sometimes designated as PP30.

I think I know the Isaac print pants you are referring to. I ordered them thinking they were petit size 4 and when they came, the bag weighed a ton. I opened it up and it was a huge size, big enough for 3 of me to fit in. The sizing on that item was very confusing, to say the least. I sent them back, called a QVC rep. to reoder and they were all out so missed the deal. When I explained to the rep what I had done and how confused I was, she not only gave me my credit but credited me with the entire charge. Try it with a similar explanation and see what happens.
