What do you think of these Balenciaga slides?

Ashlee Simpson can wear these 625.00 Balenciaga Cheetah Slides and look fashionable with her Gucci messanger bag. If I wore them, they would look like house shoes. What do you think? Are these cute slides? Would you wear them with jeans and a blazer?

I think she looks great. I probably would not wear the shoes, but I would wear the rest of the outfit.

I have a pair of Uggs like that. I wear them only indoors or if I run down to the mailbox.

IMO she looks shabby. Money does not buy style for some. Eh, more power to her. She can wear whatever she wants.

Take off the Balenciaga name and you just have a pair of silly shoes. If they are comfy, than fine to run around in.

I think the relaxed clothing styles (much of it looking like indoor wear) we have been seeing over the past few years has made its way down to the feet lol. No, I would not wear these out or in (at that price). I don't care for the way they look with that outfit either.

Also, I really don't think they would remain clean after what I've seen on sidewalks lately and how dog hair/fur picks up just about everything from walks. I liken them to dog fur/hair and think they would attract dirt lol.

I wouldn't wear PJ"s outside and I wouldn't wear these slides. Overpriced and unappealing, my opinion.

Looks like she forgot to change from house slippers to shoes when she left the house. Ostentatious....remove the "B" name from the slide and you've got your cozy Walmart. slide which, of course, she wouldn't be seen in public wearing that. Nope, it's a "look at me in my $600 shoes'. And look at us talking about it....so her PR strategy worked! Her prerogative to wear what she wants for whatever reason.
