@Greeneyedlady21 lol. If I go pumpkin picking, it will most likely be in a local green market-- no need for more than a light cardigan or perhaps a chance to wear my favorite hoodie - lightweight sweatshirt material in front, eyelet cotton back. More than enough warmth for my part of the nation.

The placement of the white is unfortunate as that is where the eyes are naturally drawn.

Love the colors but would want buttons for closure. Plus, unfortunately, my nearest TJM has closed.

I never think that people look at me that critically. I don't think they are measuring stripes or thinking anything but "Hi! That's a pretty coat you are wearing! How are you doing?"

Do you really think things like that when you are out? I'll bet you don't! I'll bet you see people more than what they are wearing. If you know them, they surely aren't that intent on your clothes, if you don't know they, I'll bet you aren't really on their mind.

I think stripes are only unflattering when they stop around the hips. I’m a fat girl and I love stripes.

I like the colors, and I like horizontal stripes, but I don't want them in a long sweater like this. Plus, the stripes are too wide for me. I prefer a narrow stripe in a top with a solid color cardigan or jacket over it. I also prefer buttons on my cardigans.

One would think closures are necessary for coats, but I don't ever take the time to button a coat and never have. I can hold my arm around me from a parking lot easily. My buttons sit there as an ornament.

I would certainly behave differently if I lived in a colder state with constant snow.

NYC girls walk from subway to their jobs and their coats need are different.

@ECBG , not to me. I would be too busy thinking how pretty the sweater itself was rather than sizing up someone's figure flaws. Then again, that's just me.🤷‍♀️

I want my coast or jackets to have closures, cardigans are fine without. I wear cardigans inside a lot, and there is no reason to have a closure on all of them. I prefer many with no buttons.

Not everyone lives in a cold climate , winter where I live is very mild so we don't necessarily need buttons on coats/ jackets,
