That's the only explanation I can come up with for the get-ups some of these hosts are wearing. No names. And I don't mean tonight. Amy is skilled at putting things together and always looks great.

I'm sure stylists change job like many people.

Once, a stylist came out on the floor in in Lisa Robertson's show (she asked him out), in the "80s or 90s". He was a really nice guy with a giant smile! His outfits were beautiful.

The camera went in back and we got to see the table of accessories and several other areas.

If I had an area like that and there was no such thing as "dust" I would be one happy girl!!!

oh my, QVC doesn't care, wait until they have no hosts and everything is electronic and replaced by a robot.

Some of those getups HAVE been put together by the Q stylist. At least one in particular who must have gotten his styist degree in a box of cracker jacks.

Have to agree. I don't think anyone looks in a mirror either. Clothes are ill-fitting on models - mostly they are too tight. Some of us do work in a cororate environment and cannot wear all the "athleisure" which seems to be rampant on the station.

Well, I have heard some of the hosts mention that Angelo styled them, and he is particularly good. He has been at the Q for years. Also, Julia mentioned the other night that her stylist picked out her wardrobe. So, I believe the stylists are still at the Q.

I think it's Angelo who dresses Carolyn and Jane T.......to emphasize their.....well areas a good stylist would dress them to de-emphasize.

Angelo would probably dress me to make my already wide hips look like the side of a barn.

You have a wonderful memory! I was trying to remember his name and couldn't come up with it!

Lisa Robertson introduced him to us on the set one day. He was SO warm and welcoming.

JustBling: Yes, re: robots! I see them everywhere, walking around, looking down (at their gadgets).

Also, there have been rumors about the future. Actors and actresses being replaced by moving and talking illustrations. Cartoon-like using their mannerisms and voice; and maybe even realistic human images using photography and previous movies/film.

In the future, of course. Maybe distant future, or maybe somewhat near future.

QVC is having the models and hosts do their own hair. This has been stated on air. Hard to believe they don't have the space to create a safe environment. I think they are just cheap.

I haven't been impressed with Q stylists for awhile, even before the pandemic. Most things seem either way too small or way too tight whether it be on the hosts or models. Just not my style. I do remember the hosts and models looking what I would describe as "better" many years ago. JMO.

I think the hair and makeup have been ok. I actually noticed earlier during the pandemic in 2020 the hosts were wearing more natural makeup. I liked it better because I prefer a more natural look, especially around the eyes. Lately, I'm seeing a return to heavy dark eye makeup again.
