Isaac sizing

Hi, i have not ordered any of Isaac pieces but a cardigan on right now has caught my eye.

Was wondering how his sizing run? I usually order Quaker or D&C.Thank y'all in advance for help.Take care & have a good Labor Day.

I've ordered from both lines. I think QF sizes a big generous and IM is a bit on the slim size. I would still select your normal QF size because there's a bit of shrinkage in some of the IM clothing. IMO

order your Denim and Co size I order a lot of Denim and CO and Isaac clothes and they are the same fit. Enjoy!

I find IM to cut very slim in upper arm area so rarely buy any of his clothing. If not an issue for you then go for it. For some reason the garment measurements have disappeared on all clothing items I have looked at for the past week. No garment measurements, no buying for me.

It depends on the garment measurements, but I usually order a small in Denim & Co. tops and a medium in Isaac tops.

I find that Isaac's sizing runs small. I bought a sweater once in small and sent it back for mecium. Much better fit. I never wear a medium.

On the few items I have ordered from IM, I have learned to size up.

I wear either a Large or a Medium in Denim and Co. For Isaac, I ALWAYS order a Large and it fits nicely.

I agree. Isaac's clothes generally run a bit smaller. They are actually closer to the sizes you see in the mall. QVC has vanity sizing. I wear XXS with Isaac. Some jackets I size up to XS for room with wearing sweaters, etc. D & Co generally run larger. Mostly XXS & XS always seem to run out in nicer colors in Isaac's clothes. He brings out a new/nice color and those sizes seem to snap them up. When I was working on campus, I would miss out the earlier Isaac shows (like today) & anything I liked in colors in my size would be gone. I actually like Susan Graver's stuff, but her tops are way to long. At least D & Co makes an effort with petite tops.

I agree with others who are saying that IM clothes tend to run a little smaller than some of the other lines. Of course, there are exceptions so it is always wise to check garment measurements.

I always size up, medium for denim and Company and large for Isaac like someone said Isaac seems to be a straighter slimmer cut

I usually only wear IM. tops for quite awhile. If you like a looser look then order up a size. If you want more form fitting stay with your normal size.
