Mt Stein Mart Refund Turned Out Awful!

I got a designer jacket from Stein Mart which was flawed. I sent the invoice back with "Damaged, Refend SH"! and they didn't!

One couldn't respond to the email they sent me. I have no idea where the item went, so I have no recourse. DONE, Stein Mart!

was it a obvious flaw, or a small inperfection? only asking as stein marts refund policy clearly states that shipping will be returned if it is damaged.

@kittyloo Smaller imperfection, but important to the function intended for the jacket. I just emailed them again!

@ECBG If you get no results after a reasonable effort on your part, initiate a dispute with your credit card company or bank.
