Badgley Mischka rose sleeve cocktail dress at Nordstrom $395. Also available in ivory. I have a similar dress from Calvin Klein that has tulip sleeves, they're much more subtle than these. It was also only $40 at Marshalls.

The dress is very pretty . I like the color and the simplicity of the dress which works well with the dressy rose sleeves.

Reminds me of Ven Budhu’s designs on a past season of Project Runway. He put sculptural roses on lots of his garments. Personally, not a fan of the design or him. He was really unkind to his model in one challenge because she wasn’t a small size.

I think this is a pretty dress. I like the rose sleeves and I like the length of the dress.

Needs to be worn w/some fabulous jewelry - earrings and maybe a cuff of some sort. Maybe some nice diamond stud earrings and a bolder bracelet for the wrist.

Pretty for a wedding or Easter / Spring outing.

Now what color shoes? A nude color sandal of some sort? Light pink might be too matchy matchy. A high heeled slim pump?

To me it's equivalent to bows and ruffles and just creates a bogged down look.
