Why in the world would someone spend $300 for a puffer jacket that makes the models look like a green Michelin Man? I think I'm gonna pass!

I wouldn't, but there are those who like the style and can afford to spend $300.00 on a coat.

I'll never understand puffer coats...........one sales pitch is (whatever) follows the lines of your body...then they offer a barrel to wear. I know puffers are warm but there are other good stylist warm outerwear.

For bitter cold (zero) I pull out my fake rabbit coat (Macy's) ......warm & good looking too.

Puffer jackets don't need to be that puffy to be warm. I have one that isn't puffy, it's very warm and it looks good on me...from Laurier (Canadian brand) on HSN.

i was walking by the TV and caught a glimpse of that. it has to be one of the most unattractive coats i have ever seen.

I don't mind the color so much but the entire jacket including the sleeves is so *puffy* and long I would look ridiculous. I do think the brand is very nice quality, but the price point for this jacket seems high.

I kinda like the long version, but too expensive. My gold-star maxi down coat (not from QVC) was under $200 with free shipping.

The PLW coat (A372729) must run very large. According to the measurements I would wear XS. I never wear XS in anything.

Some people don't like "cookie cutter" fashion. People will buy this coat. If it's not your thing, then pass on it and move along. Thankfully not everyone wears the same things and we have lots of choices.

I have stated NUMEROUS times on the boards that I don't like puffer anything. However, if I were going to buy a puffer coat I'd have a go at this one. I actually like it in fact.

However, I'm not buying as I have enough coats.
