COMFY OWNERS - HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM?

I bought a few Comfy's when it was the TSV.

A had one(camo) sent to a BFF in NH. She LOVES it and wears it whenever she's out and about. Guys stop her all the time. They admiire the Comfy, have to feel the material, then want to know where she got it: they want one for hunting. Last I heard she got followed out of Market Basket....no kidding!

Me, I haven't worn it outside. I snuggled in it when my furnace broke last week - on the coldest day here in MA so far, so it was a godsend! Usually, you're probably gonna think I'm weird, but I haven't put the winter blanket on the bed. Instead, I throw the Comfy over me and I'm taken away to la,la land within minutes - no kidding! There's something about this thing that snuggles me like a babe and I'm off to sleep.

In the morning, after my Eddy goes out to do his thing, he comes in and lays on his kitchen doggie bed. I then throw the Comfy over him; and, in minutes, my furbaby is peacefully snoring away! The other day though he growled in his dream so loud, he woke himself up! I don't think that was the Comfy's fault though.

Anyway, my Comfy getss used every day. And, I was wondering how you're using/enjoying yours.

I bought a blue one. It is not cold enough here yet to use it. I washed it and put in closet until I need it.

I mine and so do daughters and grand daughters. I wear mine mostly in the house and to take dog out. DD wears to football games, 11 yr old grand wears hers to bed. I even bought the lighter one for not so cold days. I love the fact that I have full mobility while wearing it. No more removing throws off and getting cold while going to kitchen, using facilities, doing dishes, cooking etc. So happy you love yours too. So many make fun of them but I say we are having the last laugh saving money on heat while being cozy and warm.

I bought the turquoise for my granddaughter for Christmas. I didn't take it out of the bag, just looked at the pretty color.
She's 12, going on 16,LOL! She doesn't like robes, but something to cuddle in.
From your comments maybe I should keep it!
It looks comfortable. And she wears tights a lot so I hope she likes it.

i bought it for DH last year He loves it

had a stroke at 50 (64 now) his thermostat off for him gets really bad chill teeth chattering shaking

Not used in yet this year

this year (for 65th bday) I bought him a heated throw for his bday 12/9 from HSN

Glad you DH is doing good! Sending him a HB wish from Eddy and me!

The heated one sounds great - I just don't have the plugs around here! My house is my parents' home aand is at least 70yrs old - not too many outlets in those days.

A friend's mother is gonna be 98 on 12/8!

I have a collection of poncho types of microfleece wraps in various weights for different seasons. I've ditched them all in favor of a beautiful turquoise heated throw which is so much warmer and cozier. No comparison.

I dislike Poncho's and wraps of any kind @Kachina624 but the full sleeves in the comfy makes it much more comfortable. I ditched my down throws because I got tired of taking them off when I had to get up and re wrap everytime I sat back down. But how boring it would be if we all liked the same thing. What would we have to talk about. Stay warm and Happy Thanksgiving

@Hoovermom, I looked it up by item # H218015 and didn't see the vendor name in the description.

I noticed that it's 5 ez pays and a Black Friday price of $37.96. There's only five colors left. When it was the TSV if was $36 with 4 ez pays.

Perhaps if you listen to the video the vendor might be mentioned. I remember it's made by two guys - they won on Shark Tank a few years ago.

Last year I bought one for myslef and for my children (adults.) They all love theirs, but frankly, I find it too hot to wear. I'll put it on when I'm freezing, but it's off within about 10 minutes because I'm too hot.

We both like it cold for sleeping and set the thermostat to 55 at night. Obviously its cold when we get up so I wear mine first thing while we have coffee and watch the news. DH only wears his when he gets chilled. I even bought a thin one when I saw it suggested on QVC's home page, had no idea there were more styles. This one is pale turquoise and will end up at our summer cottage eventually.

Today (11/25/19) I saw "The Comfy - as seen on Shark Tank" at Costco for $22. I didn't buy one - saw no need for a hooded poncho for in-house use (which is how we would use it). Just thought I'd share the pricing & location.
