When you order something from Zulily are you receiving brand new? I saw a pair of boots currently on QVC that are $250 and those same boots are $89 on Zulily. It also seems if returned, you get store credit vs refund. I read everything on their website but just want to make sure I completely understand how it works so I have no regrets.

@Danielle46 Brand new; just be sure you understand that the shipping is far from speedy. When you order they order from the manufacturer to have it shipped to Zulily who then ships it to you. They do explain things pretty clearly on their website.

I'm waiting for some things now . . .

Thank you. Yes, I read all of that and understood but was shocked to find the same boots currently on QVC for almost $150 less. Thought there must be a catch. Is there any chance that they can’t get it once ordered? I ask because I ordered them elsewhere and though they were $100 less than Qvc, Zulily has them for an additional $70 off. How long do you normally wait for something?

I would say 2-3 weeks. Just be patient. I get my clarks, sketchers and recently Beekman from them with big discounts. Everything is brand new and customer service is wonderful.

You can get some really good deals on Zulily but as the other poster mentioned there is a wait for delivery. I have received some really great deals on Clarks, Earth and Vionic shoes. If they have your size, jump on the deal quickly as stock is limited but it is worth the delivery wait at the prices they offer. Also if you go through Rakuten you can get cash back also.

Yes, it's all brand new and you can get some amazing deals. Don't expect speedy delivery. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks. I buy from them, I've never been disappointed.

Recently I ordered 2 pairs of rain boots and when I looked at my receipt online it stated that they weren’t returnable. When I ordered them, the description said they were returnable for credit only. I called customer service and she said she would correct that and I would get a store credit, if I returned them. So, watch closely that your receipt matches the description when it comes to returns.

After you click on an item you are interested in for a better description toward the bottom it will tell you if it is eligible for return, refund or store credit.

Mine are always brand new. And I will add a few more comments

1. Shippiing s l o w

2. Customer service second to none. They stand by what they sell and send out.

3. Good products for fair price point but be careful about sizing and make sure you check fabric type. Some fabrics are flimsy

4. Not a fan of their jewelry, seems smaller than pictured

The vast majority of items are new. I’ve seen pre-owned luxury handbags on Zulily, as well as refurbished appliances (like Kitchen Aid stand mixers). These are clearly marked. Many items can now be returned (as noted at the bottom of the item’s description) fora Zulily credit. If an item’s defective, they’ll refund the cost to your credit card. If you have a Zulily credit, they’ll send you periodic email reminders and automatically apply it to your next purchase. Zulily’s return fee (I think it’s $8.95) will cover returning up to 5 items at a time.

Be be sure to check the size chart for each item, as there’s little consistency in sizes in women’s clothing across the industry including Zulily. It also helps to have a realistic sense of your body image, as an item that looks great on the 20-something model may not work on my 60-something body. As others have noted, Zulilyshipping is slow, unless it specifically states that an item can ship quickly. I’ve received some items within days of ordering them, and others took so long that I’d forgotten that I’d ordered them. You can get some great buys from Zulily as long as you understand how it works.

I don't buy from them as they take too long to ship, and the items are non-returnable.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the feedback. I have been admiring a pair of Vionic knee high boots. QVC is selling them for $250, another website is selling them for $159 and Zuilily has them for $89!!!!! I ordered them from the webiste for $159 and received them so I know they look fabulous and they are a perfect fit. I just ordered them from Zuilily and will be returning the pair I have now. I have no problem waiting 3 or 4 weeks as it's still too warm here in New York to wear them. Needless to say I'm a happy camper.

Shoes are probably the best buy on Zulily. Not only are they new, they come direct from the factory and have never even been tried on. Absolutely pristine.

I just ordered some cute short boots, leather for $50. I have so many shoes.....
