QVC delivery time

I have an item on order and it's going a distance of 235 miles from Ontario, Ca. to my house in LV and it's evidently going to take 9 days to get here. 3 hours and 30 minutes driving time and its 9 days to get here. It took 2 days to get from the post office to acceptance of the item by the post office. Okey dokey.

QVC needs to take advice from zappos on how to deliver in a timely manner. And zappos has free S&H both ways.

I have an item sitting at the post office in Phila. since the 17th. I have a feeling my package is lost there and I will have to call CS next week if I don't get it. I know stuff shipped from Canada takes awhile and hopefully it doesn't get lost some where.

Not only delivery service is incredibly slow, but so are returns. I mailed a return on the 16th and according to the tracking number, it’s still sitting in our Post Office. So, getting my money refunded in a timely manner isn’t going to happen. When we send back a return to Amazon, as soon as it’s scanned by the PO, we are issued a refund. QVC has some serious issues with shipping.

@Tyak. I'm in the Albuquerque area, and I get my packages from the Ontario Warehouse in 3 days. How do you figure yours will take 9? I'm so happy when I see something is shipped from that location

I ordered a SG jacket on clearance on July 8, and it was at my house on July 11! I was shocked! My Q orders usually take 7-10 days. I don’t think a week is too long to wait, but many other retailers are faster. My orders from other places take anywhere from 2 - 10 days. Amazon & Macy’s are the fastest for me.

I ordered it on the 22nd and the EDD is 7/31. Just great service!

@Tyak. The EDD is just a guess. I find them to be very inaccurate. Hopefully you'll get your order a lot sooner.

@blackhole99 it doesn't ship from Canada. It's coming from Ontario, California.

I ordered two items (same item, two different colors) on 7/22 and it’s 7/25 and they’re both still “in process”. Feel free to ship them just anytime now.

@nomless thanks so much for bringing that to my attention, I didn't read the post as carefully as I should have and missed the Ca. I guess my Tolani tops didn't ship from Canada either.

I've had pretty good luck with deliveries recently, but the last order I placed on the 17th was shipped out on the 18th - so pretty good service from QVC.

Unfortunately, it was handed off to the post office and it took 8 days to get here. It literally sat at one postal location in a neighboring state for two days with no movement (and those were business days, not the weekend). You have to wonder why they aren't able to process mail faster with all the automation. I could've driven to the postal location in 3 hours.

But none of it was the fault of QVC and the package did arrive in good condition.
