I must have 10 or more that I've collected over the years..I guess I've finally had my fill...and the prices... crazy too!!!!..just had to vent~

I'm not tired of them, but I have come to the conclusion that I should not buy any more. I don't even have that many (three -- medium denim, a charcoal gray color, and white), but I find that I just don't wear them very often.

I don't own any and have no plans to buy any. The only one I ever owned was from Victor Costa (remember him?) that I used to wear when I went to the Strip in Las Vegas. No longer live there and donated it.

I think the frequency of wear depends on your climate. They're perfect for most winter days here so I wear them to death. They've been around a long time; don't see them going anywhere.

going to the COLD groceries or restaurants it's mandatory either a jacket or sweater or the movie house, church, etc.

I went to one of the last Kmarts in my part of the state on Tuesday and happened to come across this polka dot jean jacket. The sleeves are long enough for my long arms and I don't have to roll them up as featured in this photo.

It's a rarity that I can find a jacket on a rack that accommodates these long arms of mine. I snapped this jacket up with the quickness. $16 and I would put it against any Denim & Co jacket I own in regards to quality. It washed like a dream.

cute, I got one similar that's an Isaac jacket except in bleached denim

Mine is longer, model needs to size up one or 2 sizes

Ditto to this! I live in a mild climate, so jean jackets are the perfect weight for most of the year. Am I tired of jean jackets? No, not really.

Here in the west/southwest/cowboy country jean jackets are not a fashion statement. They are simply part of what we wear.

I can't remember (and I am old) not seeing jean jackets commonly worn. Long ago mostly by men, working men, cowboys, farmers, etc. But they became just a part of life here.

It's like boots and cowboy hats and REAL jeans that working people and country people wear. It's Ralph Lauren before Ralph Lauren. It's American through and through!

Not at all opposed to jean jackets, but I like mine at least slightly longer than cropped and I do not buy them decorated. When I want decoration, I use of my collection of pins. I donated my last decorated jean jacket to thrift early last winter - bought it on deep sale and it turned out to be very expensi vw because I never really liked it enough to wear it often.

I do plan to buy a new dark denim this fall or next, but it will be a classic design and I'll probably wear it often for maybe 10 years. Maybe after that it won't be age appropriate - I'll be approaching 90 by then!

No. Jean jackets are true Americana. From the iconic Levi and every style and trend spun off, they're here to stay.

I love a great jean jacket in a variety of styles and have many. I just received a Martha Stewart LTS. Nice little jacket at a good price.

I only own one. That's all I need. I am not tired of seeing them on others or seeing them being sold.

Jackets are like shoes. Most of us own more than one pair and don't get tired of looking at new ones, even though might not need more.

It's an essential..a staple item. They will always be available.
