    <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to buy from Zulily years ago and stopped because they wouldn’t let you return items. After QVC purchased Zulily, I started buying again because they have a very good return policy. Lately, I’ve been returning most of the clothing items that I bought. My reasons are mostly size-related, although I check the size charts before I buy anything. Sometimes the texture of an item doesn’t feel right. I’ve been very happy with the shoes I bought from Zulily and I got a gorgeous tooled leather purse at a great price. There are some terrific deals to be had, but some items are only a dollar or so cheaper than you can get them at other vendors.&amp;nbsp;When you return something to Zulily, they credit your account as opposed to your credit card. There’s an $8.95 return fee, but you can return 5 items in the same package for that fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as you know your brands and prices, Zulily can be a great resource.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've picked up handbags from both Coach and Kate Spade that were outstanding values.&amp;nbsp; I've gotten several pairs of SmartWool running socks and some great golf wear from Puma and UnderArmour. I passed on cosmetics and hair products, even though they were brands I like, because the markdown was so small that by the time you add in shipping, it was still cheaper to just order from Nordstrom at full price.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea about using a Q card as I don't have one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've ordered quite a bit. I had to return one top because it didn't fit and it looked nothing like the picture. They give you "store credit" to use on a future order. And I got a purse which was horrible quality and the straps broke, but they didn't allow returns (gee, I wonder why) so I'm stuck with a bag I wanted for the beach next month but can't use and will now have to trash. I'm just more careful now, and everything else I got I'm happy with. Just be prepared to wait a while for certain things if it's coming from overseas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be okay with brand name shoes and clothing. I've bought some items (Suzanne Betro, I think) that are decently made, but you HAVE TO check the sizing guide and even sometimes that doesn't work. I've gotten a couple of items that were clearly seconds and another item that fit fine on the bottom but was about 3 sizes too small on the top. Also beware of cosmetics which can often reach you dried out or half empty and there's usually no return on those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the positive side, I have ordered La Mer and since I have a Zulily card, I can split the payments into 3 interest free. Otherwise, I would not have even considered that skin care line. I am still using it and love it. I keep waiting for another La Mer sale so I can replenish my stock. I have also recently purchased a pair of Tiffany and Co. sunglasses and I am in love.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bottom line, do some research on the items before you buy. I have put so many brand new items of clothing in Goodwill, I could have started my own store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Before Zulily accepted returns and QVC purchased the company, I had a bad experience with a pair of not so cheap Gucci sunglasses that had deep scratches across both lens.&amp;nbsp; They told me they couldn't exchange and I couldn't return.&amp;nbsp; "All sales final."&amp;nbsp; After a lot of fighting with management, I was finally issued a credit.&amp;nbsp; Wanted a full refund.&amp;nbsp; I think this said a lot about this retailer that I didn't want anything to do with. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Since QVC purchased it, they accept returns for credit.&amp;nbsp; Sticking to name brands, I have had a few good buys.&amp;nbsp; For higher priced items, I don't like the "no refund" policy, though. &amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I think their prices have increased recently. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I buy from Zulily often. &amp;nbsp;Most of it is households items. &amp;nbsp;I did buy shoes, shoes, socks and jewelry a few times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In all the years, I have purchased items, I only had one item, a pair of earrings, that were received damaged. &amp;nbsp;I contacted CS and they refunded all of my money, gave me an extra $10 credit for my trouble and told me to not return the earrings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mostly stick to brands I am familiar with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can't beat the deals on Marika fitness wear and I've also been able to find some beautiful unique clothing for great prices. As I recall, some things were return for store credit only, some were not, so you have to check before you buy if that's something you're concerned about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm in my 4th year of shopping at Zulily and have bought many very nice things.&amp;nbsp; I think the biggest bargains are in shoes; I've literally bought dozens.&amp;nbsp; I've also purchased many wonderful things for my home, both practical and some just beautiful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've only recently purchased a few pieces of clothing which so far have been fine.&amp;nbsp; I did study the measurements carefully before I ordered and so far, they've fit okay.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;IMHO Zulily's CS is second to none.&amp;nbsp; I've had a number of instances where things have arrived broken.&amp;nbsp; I snap a picture of it, sent it in an email to CS and they instantly refunded my money and issed a $10 credit.&amp;nbsp; I've never had to return anything.&amp;nbsp; Only recently, I got a couple pairs of shoes with which I wasn't happy.&amp;nbsp; They just had minor flaws like shoe strings too short to tie.&amp;nbsp; I send CS an email stating I didnt want anything but thought they should know their vendors were taking advantage of them.&amp;nbsp; Within 30 min I got a response where they gave me a full refund for both pairs plus a $10 credit, and I kept the shoes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;For the record, QVC did not buy Zulily.&amp;nbsp; They're both owned by the Qurate Retail Group.&amp;nbsp; See the bottom of this page for other companies they own.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46711"&gt;@Foxxee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only order trusted brands from Zullily. I once bought a dress that looked beautiful on the site, but the fabric was horrible. I didn't even bother to go through the hassle of trying to return it. Now I mostly buy shoes from brands I know and love.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
