Yes that's Heather Hall. I thought the dress was from the Marc Bouwer collection she presented at 7pm eastern but I can't seem to find it in the show. Heather could wear a sack & make it look beautiful!

I'm surprised they don't give her more fashion shows because she always looks great, but beauty and jewelry are definitely her top areas.

You're right - she used to wear vintage looking skirts - it seemed to be her signature look.

I love it and I think Heather looks better in it.

Not sure it looks like something Jane T would wear....her dress choices seem to have a large swirling hoop style from the waist down...this one looks more tailored and upscale to my eye.

Afraid to google the price by some high end designer I have never heard of!

Edit....ok $315 isn't that bad but since I don't NEED it but would love to see it and try on in person will check here locally. I doubt I could look good in it like Heather did. That is always the issue....my coloring is so pale may not be able to pull it off.

You're right about Jane. When I looked to see what Heather was wearing I only saw it from the waist up and it looked very retro.

I didn't see that the skirt was fitted. It still feels a little retro to me but with a modern update

Oh my it's only 12mins from my house LOL! A local Nordstroms has it....I won't be able to get over there until Monday. I need to see and try on in person.

Gasp! She may be wrong! I just turned on evine and I would say that the host, Kathy, is either wearing the same dress or something extremely similar!

Edited to add that I'm trying to find Heather in a video presentation but I'm not having any luck 🤨

@lolakimonothat dress definitely looks like the one Heather was wearing.

Marc Bouwer does a few floral print dresses and he was on over the weekend as well. I wonder if some of the hosts were wearing his dress?

Heather is beautiful but lately, she has looked absolutely poured into her clothing.
