SEARCHING FOR NARROW WAISTBAND IN DENIM PULL ON PANTS.....

i have rheumatoid arthritis and its hard for me to find pull on jeans/pants that do NOT have the wide waistband. the wide waistband is an issue for me. My rheumatoid fingers just cant pull that wide elastic up easily. are there any pull on jeans that have the normal narrower waistband? I just have so much trouble finding anything close to a narrower waistand online or in stores. I have tried Quaker Factory and some others. I am 5 3 and 120 lbs so need Petite also.

Looks like all my sizes i would try are gone in both colors. there are only larges and xxs
