Only you can answer that question. I never liked wearing anything that buttoned or zipped up the back because I needed help zipping or buttoning all day I would wonder if a button had come undone.

When in my youth, I loved wearing blouses that zipped or buttoned in the back, at the neck, I cannot wear them any longer. They feel as if they are pulling forward, like the blouse is all drooping down toward the front. Does anyone else have that problem?

Probably your figure is different so the style fits you differently. Also, many brands of clothing aren't the same quality as they were years ago.

I have tried to figure it out. One that I have that looks completely crazy on me is a very beautiful Lafayette 148 that my daughter gave me and another is a very pretty Calvin Klein. The neck pulls down in the front and it just hangs. Must be that my body has changed shapes although I have always had a big rib cage and broad shoulders, but they just don't work for me and it seems a shame, such a waste of money.

PS I thought it was just the expensive Lafayette 148 that did not fit because it was probably made for a more petite, younger body type. Then I bought the Calvin Klein which I did not try on in the store. I was in Dillard's, was in a hurry and it was my size. Have you ever done that? Did not try it for several weeks. By that time it was too late to return it.

Is it possible that your posture has changed? Perhaps you've become more slope-shouldered or are bending forward when you walk. Things definitely change as we age.

I’ve heard many women are wearing the wrong size bras anyway. Hiking up the Girls may help the fit of your blouses and other clothing.

Sometimes lack of muscle strength and flexibility leads to poor posture. If this is what you are seeing, perhaps a more aggressive exercise program would be called for.
