What was Shaun wearing???

I need your help finding an item. I was watching QVC this week and saw a commercial for, I believe, Friday's fashion night in with Shaun and she was wearing a FABULOUS ivory coat that looked to be sequined or embellished and shimmery. I have to have it! I searched 500+ items under "coats" and did not see it. I emailed QVC with this question, an the response I received said that they did not have access to the commercials, which seemed odd to me - but they directed me to post on this blog and maybe someone could help me.

Hello @LAM1964 and welcome to the community. Are you talking about the new ad that they run with Amy Stran and Shawn Killinger regarding the new Monday fashion lineup?

The hosts don't necessarily wear clothing sold by QVC when they are on air or in any of their ads. I looked online in the hopes someone would have posted the ad on youtube. I'm not finding it out there.

Without a picture or screen grab, it's going to be hard pin pointing where it came from. If you are on facebook, you could connect with Shawn's page and ask her. I've never done that with a host so I don't know how responsive they are about sharing.

I think I found the coat that Shawn in wearing in the photo.

Avec Les Filles Herringbone Plaid Sequin Wool-Blend Trench Coat

Color is grey herringbone

Von Maur carried it - they have it in XS. I don't know who else carried it.

I feel like I'm talking to myself, lol. Hope this answered the question.

I would say that's it! Funny that they would have her in something that isn't QVC in one of their promos?! Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me business-wise

@Kachina624 I know, but think about it. Who really pays attention to the ads? I think the OP caught part of it and let's face it - both of the hosts were acting goofy in it. I went with the sequin/sparkly description.

I was wondering about that coat too and I think it's awesome you found it! Too bad for me that the only place that has it in my size is charging 298 dollars for it.

In order to find it I searched google images for plaid sequin coat and that's how I found the 'correct name'

Avec Les Filles Herringbone Plaid Sequin Wool-Blend Trench Coat.

When I googled Avec Les Filles Herringbone Plaid Sequin Wool-Blend Trench Coat the only site I found was named Von Maur.

If I link it here, the moderators will remove the post.

Bloomingdales had it at one time but sold out of it.

Nordstrom also carries AVEC LES FILLES coats,,etc..I purchased a faux fur a month ago,,excellent quality but I waited until it was on sale. You might call them to see if they could order it for you,,They have excellent customer service and will actually hunt one down if it is available.

From what I can tell on main retailer and secondary seller sites (like poshmark) this coat debuted in August 2018. So, it's basically been 'out there' for 6 months now.

I found it at a UK site and they only had XS, SM and Medium.
