I was wondering if I missed Stan Herman's Chenille Robes this holiday season? I love his robes and I know he works with Chenille fabric. Are there any coming this month on the Q?

The only robe I remember seeing was like a smoking jacket. It was already a lunch time special.

Stan Herman has not sold chenille robes on QVC for years. The last few years he did make them, there were constant complaints about the quality. He does sell some nice, soft, warm microfleece robes. He has appeared several times recently.

I have this "silky plush" wave long zip robe from him, in Dresden blue. Although a polyester plush, rather than chenille, it's very soft and comfortable. You can wear it and not feel funny answering the door-- you're totally covered up.

In fact, I got it in the "tall" even though I'm 5'3", because I could tell the regular or petite would not come down as far as I wanted. The tall comes right to my ankles and keeps me cozy. One complaint-- it is a "hot" robe, if the temp. isn't quite cool. I have to trade it out for a long, knit robe that breathes better, if the indoor temp gets too high.

His robes at one time were nice, i have two from years ago ,but if you are looking for old time chenille robes, try shop national.

I bought one of his one-button robes in the fall. I had to send it back because the one button wouldn't stay buttoned!! The hole was too big. I later read the reviews and found that many had the same issue.

I do have one of his ponch type robes that I like, but that button also has an issue. I don't think his Q stuff is as good as it once was. You can do better robe-wise locally.
