I liked the fact that Talbots card holders can get 50% off one item each day, if I'm reading the offer in my catalog correctly.

Actually, if you use your credit card , you have 4 chances to buy something at 50% off..That is a very nice perk

Anyone shopping today? I stopped in after lunch and bought a sweater and another pair of the Fair Isle gloves for a gift. No, @Pearlee, not your turn yet!

Then I came home, called customer service and got a price adjustment for an order I’d placed online last week that has been shipped but is not here yet.

@gidgetgh I didn't go today; was busy with other errands.

I read my post card as saying we card holders get the 50% off all day (not just til noon) during this cardholder preview deal. Am I wrong about that?

@Pearlee- correct. All day, 50% off one item, 40% off on the rest. But I think that’s maybe just today through Wednesday. I think till noon only for the 50% on Friday.

Yes, that's what I think too. It's just on the preview days that the 50% is all day. I agree.
