Tweed Moto Jacket

I was looking at the current People Magazine today, it has a feature on moto jackets (might have been US Magazine, looked at that too). I know some people are sick of them-I'm not, still love them. This tweed moto from White House Black Market caught my eye. Black and camel, $160. Love it with the matching skirt, very sharp.

I am definitely sick of the moto jacket but they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I like this one but, for me, it only works because it's part of an entire outfit. And it's tweed.

I don't own this one but I do own one that is almost identical. I LOVE that jacket!

I don't have a matching skirt (darn!) but love it with skinny black jeans.

I am also not tired of a good moto. It's a classic style now.

I like that tweed jacket. I would wear it with a pair of black skinny jeans and some tall black riding boots that have a nice leather sheen.

I've never owned animal print shoes in my life, but I love the idea too.

I like the plain black blouse in the styling pictures too. The one with the pleated cuffs. Might order that to go with a pair of black and white flowy wide leg pants that I just got for a trip. Pretty solid black blouses are hard to find. It's $39.99. I don't own a single solid black blouse.

The designer really did a great job capturing the moto look, even down to the zippers at the wrist.

I love it. I will always love the moto look. But this is a very unique & pleasing interpretation

Is the herringbone tweed brown and white or black and white? I don't know why but it looks brown to me. I had eye appointment with dilation today. It could be why it looks brown to me. Having said that, I would like a white-brown herringbone tweed to wear with my leopard stilettos.

It's black and camel. With ponte knit panels and faux leather trim.
