MOTTO FASHIONS RETURNS

For anyone who remembers and loved Motto, it premieres on HSN on Oct. 12th.

Motto is like Du Jour on steroids! I still have several jackets that were Motto....at least 8-10 yrs. old.

Motto was a fun line, I don't see any resemblance at all

@Shanus Like you I was a big Motto fan.I have a gray French terry jacket that I wear often in the Spring & Fall.It’s atleast ten years old & washes beautifully.It hasn’t faded or pilled at all.I also still own several tops.

I hope Motto on HSN is true to the brand we remember.

@cherry I don’t remember how the sizing used to be and may have changed. Maybe check their size chart.

@NicksmomESQ I have that exact grey jacket in my closet too!!!! I have a number of Motto & DuJour fashions still and still wear them, love them. I loved both of these lines along with a few great sweaters and jackets by Modern Soul & sweaters by the lovely lady from Florence Italy, Ms Gabriella T. And let's not forget lots of jackets by Jessical Holbrook, Dialogue. Actually just looked at a number of labels and find a lot of Motto jackets.

@Shanusi loved Moto too.I thought the rep Amy scaglioni was adorable in all of the fashions and that usually inspired me to try them.I don’t have any left in my closet now though but I wish I hadn’t been so quick to donate.The new stuff is not nearly as well made.

Just checked out what's offered in the new but old Motto line - the only thing that grabbed me was the boyfriend jacket, not buying it though. I have literally a closet full of jackets/blazers I wore when I was working. I still have MANY, I've purged some through the years but this fall I'm re-enacting them when I go out and need something more than a tee.

I loved Motto when it was on QVC. I just checked out what HSN has and I am not impressed with anything.

Are we sure this is a reincarnation of the old Motto line from QVC or did HSN just bring in a line called Motto and it's not related at all?

I think someone just picked the "generic" name Motto for a generic line of clothing

I bought only one Motto piece from QVC years ago ... it was cut like IM or LDO. Too narrow through the shoulders for me.
