Dear QVC. Improve the quality of your fabrics. The word pilling is found in countless reviews across all your brands. Buyer beware anything with polyester.

When manufacturers make fabric they use the long fibers to make the high quality fabrics like pima cotton - all long fibers. Then the left over short fibers are used to make cheaper fabric. When the ends of those short fibers get exposed by the fabric rubbing then they ball up and you see what we call pilling.

source - a class I attended at my sewing club. The speaker discussed making fabrics & why some were more or less expensive. It was a very interesting class. If your going to put the labor into making something you want to use a good quality fabric so it lasts.

IMO - QVC charges a primo price for their products but does not sell a primo product.I will pay for quality with a smile on my face but I hate paying for quality and not getting it.
